Lidl is proposing a new discount foodstore at Roman Way, Strood.
Lidl GB have submitted a planning application to Medway Council to develop a new foodstore on land at the former Cuxton Pit No. 2, Roman Way, Strood (reference: MC/21/2063).
The new foodstore will be built to Lidl’s latest specification. It will be a modern building incorporating high quality materials and energy efficient building management systems. It will be in a convenient location just off Roman Way, easily accessible by car and public transport.

Proposals
The proposed foodstore is designed to a high standard and will incorporate energy efficient building management systems and measures to maximise operational efficiency. This is key to Lidl’s business model so that it can pass on these savings to you, the customer.
